1. Acceptance of Terms

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

3. Advertisements and Rewarded Content

Our applications may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. Some features may offer optional rewarded advertisements that temporarily unlock premium content in exchange for viewing an ad.

• Rewarded content unlocks are temporary and do not constitute a purchase or subscription
• Availability and duration of rewarded content may change without notice
• Participation in rewarded ads is entirely voluntary; core application functionality remains available without viewing ads

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in our Services are owned by or licensed to Archet Studio LLC. MetroTune is a trademark of Archet Studio LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
• Attempt to circumvent advertising mechanisms, tamper with rewarded content, or manipulate the application to gain unauthorized access to premium features
• Use automated systems or software to interact with our Services in an unauthorized manner

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Audio features such as metronome timing and tuner pitch detection are provided for practice and reference purposes. We do not guarantee specific levels of accuracy and recommend professional equipment for performance-critical use.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARCHET STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

8. Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate third-party services (such as advertising networks). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

9. App Store Terms

If you download our application through Apple's App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the terms of the respective platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail with respect to the app store's scope.

• Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our applications
• Any claims relating to our applications should be directed to Archet Studio LLC, not to Apple or Google

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company. Upon termination, your license to use the application is revoked and you must delete all copies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was made. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
